Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Protection
We prosecute foreclosures and handle matters in the Eastern and Southern District Bankruptcy courts. The Firm routinely represents clients in need of discharging all or some of their debts pursuant to Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 of the Federal Bankruptcy Law. The Firm also assists in stopping foreclosures through forbearance (work-out) agreements or proper state court action.

HOPKINS LAW GROUP, L.L.C. is a firm whose history began in 1990 with Everett Hopkins. From 1999 to 2008, it was known as Hopkins, Lawrence, and Bailey, L.L.C. and branched into two law firms: Hopkins Law Group, L.L.C. and Bailey and Bailey, L.L.C.
Lamont R. Bailey, Miali Makelele, and Camille Allen are all attorneys who are “of counsel” to the Firm. In addition, the Firm maintains associate attorneys and utilizes a wide variety of consultants and experts to compliment our practice as required.
